I’m no expert on finger tape but this convenient width worked just fine for me when I rolled last night. Very easy to put on.

I use a lot of athletic and hockey tape. This stuff tears fairly easily and held up well to ~2 hours of BJJ in a warm environment, but wasn’t hard to remove in the way tape sometimes can be. I used it both for wrapping digits in the suggested fashion and wrapping around a knuckle to cover a scratch. I will definitely buy more, and strongly recommend it.

The tape protects my injured finger and toe joints from bending too much and stays on even when you become sweaty. Also it’s small enough to wrap around smaller joints, such as toes. All of this is essentially what I am looking for in BJJ tape. The medium package contains two rolls, which usually last me at least a month.
