Is <product> in stock?
All of our inventory levels are visible on the website, and live right down to the minute! If you select your size (and colour, if applicable), you’ll see what is available right away! If it’s not in stock, by all means – shoot us an email, and we’ll get it as soon as possible, if we haven’t already re-ordered it.
What is your return policy?
You can see our full return policy here, but the short version is as long as it is hygienic to do so, we are happy to offer refunds or exchanges for 60 days. Contact us for a mailing slip, and we’ll even cover return shipping!
Do you have a storefront? Can I try it on, or pick up my order?
We did this as a service as long as we could keep it up (and then some!). Grapple Gear has been fortunate enough to see so much growth thanks to the strong Canadian support that we can no longer support the volume of orders and still offer in-person fittings. We’ve moved to a warehouse solution that no longer allows us to do in-person fittings.
However, as we said above – we have a great return policy, and every gi has a sizing chart in the description or photo gallery. If the gi doesn’t fit, just let us know, and we’ll gladly exchange it for you!
Will you price match?
Absolutely! Every product has a link for this very purpose, and we’ll gladly match the price. We do our best to price everything as competitively as possible. If we missed something, by all means, feel free to use the form to send us the link to the competitor’s product page, and their price. We’ll do everything we can to match it!
